We want you to love your purchase from The Enchantery. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of our resin miniatures and fairy garden pieces, we ask that you take care when inspecting your order upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theenchantery.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Last Chance" or final sale
- Items that have been used, assembled, or placed outdoors
