Review Competition Terms & Conditions

Leave a review of your purchase from The Enchantery Australia and go into our annual draw to win a $100 store voucher.

1. Promoter and promotion period

The promoter is The Enchantery Australia of 19 Manhattan Avenue, Thornlands QLD 4164 (Promoter). Contact: info@theenchantery.com.au.
Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.
The competition runs in annual promotion periods. The first period starts at 12:00am AEST on 25 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 December 2026. Each later period starts at 12:00am AEST on 1 January and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 December of the same year (Promotion Period).
The competition continues from year to year until the Promoter ends it by notice on this page. Entries received after the competition ends will not be accepted.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must have purchased from the Promoter, and the review must reflect their own genuine experience.

To enter, leave a review of a product you purchased on the product page at theenchantery.com.au during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible review is one entry. Entrants may enter once per order.
Entry is free. No purchase is required beyond the purchase being reviewed.
Every review counts as an entry, whether it is positive, neutral or negative. Star rating and content have no bearing on eligibility or the chance of winning.
Entrants must provide a valid name and email address with their review so the Promoter can contact the winner.

There is one prize per Promotion Period: a $100 The Enchantery Australia store voucher (total prize pool $100 incl. GST).
The voucher can be redeemed online at theenchantery.com.au and is valid for 12 months from issue.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 19 Manhattan Avenue, Thornlands QLD 4164 at 12:00pm AEST on 15 January following the end of each Promotion Period (or the next business day if 15 January is not a business day). The first draw is on 15 January 2027.
The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name and state may be published on the Promoter's website and social media.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, a redraw will be held at the same place and time on the next business day after the claim period ends, and the new winner notified the same way.
The Promoter's decision on the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Reviews must be honest, written by the entrant, and about a genuine purchase. The Promoter does not ask for or reward positive reviews.
The Promoter will not edit, filter or remove reviews based on whether they are positive or negative.
The Promoter may disqualify, and remove, reviews that are fake, abusive, offensive, defamatory or spam.
Reviews submitted as part of this competition may be marked as written by an entrant in a prize draw.

The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run the competition and contact the winner.
Personal information is handled under the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Entrants will not be added to marketing lists unless they separately opt in.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may change, suspend or end the competition if circumstances beyond its control affect it, subject to any applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Google, Facebook, Instagram or any review platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
