Delivery: We dispatch orders within Australia only, same day for orders placed before 12pm on business days. Standard shipping and Express Shipping options are calculated at checkout based on weight and location, with free shipping on orders over $150.

Returns: As many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations in colour and finish are normal and not considered faults. We don't accept change-of-mind returns.

PACKAGING

As many of our pieces are delicate, handmade, or hand-painted, we take extra care when packaging your order. Items are individually wrapped and cushioned to help protect them in transit, then packed securely into a sturdy box. Larger items are further protected with molded polystyrene to keep them secure during transit. While packaging varies depending on the size and fragility of each item, our goal is always the same, to make sure your fairy garden treasures arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
