    Returns: As many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations in colour and finish are normal and not considered faults. We don't accept change-of-mind returns.

    PACKAGING

    As many of our pieces are delicate, handmade, or hand-painted, we take extra care when packaging your order. Items are individually wrapped and cushioned to help protect them in transit, then packed securely into a sturdy box. Larger items are further protected with molded polystyrene to keep them secure during transit. While packaging varies depending on the size and fragility of each item, our goal is always the same, to make sure your fairy garden treasures arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    If using our products outside, we recommend spraying a UV protective seal to prolong the life of the product.
